Braised in onion, garlic, cilantro and Moroccan spices.  Slowly cooked over an open fire and topped with apricots and walnuts.  Served with couscous.  Succulent and subtle.

Bastila $120.00

Layered phyllo pie comprised of almonds, orange blossom, spiced chicken, and eggs. Gently baked and dusted with cinnamon and sugar. A house specialty.

Provencal fish stew with a mixture of shellfish, white fish and vegetables. Served with French bread and rouille (sauce for fish soup).

Paella Moroccan Style (Market price)

A twist on the traditional Spanish dish with chicken and saffron rice/orzo pasta, carrots, peas, peppers along with a mixture of shellfish.

Baked Salmon Moroccan Style $120.00

Tender filet marinated in chermoula (Moroccan spices) and baked gently. Served with couscous.

Lemon Chicken with Olives $90.00

A tajine of boneless chicken breast braised with preserved lemon and green olives. Served with couscous.
